There is a 0% chance of rain for the next two days for me, so I can finally finish staining my playset. But it said to wait 24 hours. Wont the dew have an effect on it, even if I start early in the morning (but when there is no longer dew.)

I live in San Mateo, CA. We have a vegetable garden with Tomatoes, peppers, radishes. I was wondering if having a redwood mulch is good for the vegetables – or if it negatively affects the ph level in the soil.

I want to see how much it is to rent a house or even buy one out there. I love the redwoods. Just not sure where to look up in the area online. I would like to live where it snows in the winter, anywhere redwoods it does? Also, anyone know (estimate) of how much rent is there for a house? Thanks for the help.
