Preferably in the Redwood City to Sunnyvale area.

I have a sapling Giant Seqouia and a sapling Coast Redwood I have had for a few months now. They are turning brown on the tips and on certain arms.. : ( I have them in 3 gallon buckets which can drain, with good potting soil.

At first I had them inside my apartment and seemed like they were doing fine, but then my friend told me it would be best to simulate their natural environment, so I moved them outside to partial shade under another tree.

I live in Northern California where Redwoods grow naturally. Haven’t watered them much as it rains once every week or two.

What should I do to help them out???

I would like to have a ~10 foot wide by 6 foot tall redwood gate installed across my driveway. I have been told that it would be wise to have a steel frame behind the wood to reinforce and prevent sagging. Is there a distributor online that sells such things?

I would like to plant a vegetable garden this spring . I have read raised beds are more beneficial and produce a larger yield . What material i.e. wood/ would help prevent insects in an organic farming kind of way? I thought cedar or redwood.

We have redwood color decking floors. A wine colored flower petal made a stain. It’s a dark purple stain. I tried dish soap and a tooth brush and it’s not coming off. Can bleach be used or would that ruin the color. What would work to remove a stain from a flower like that?
It’s a composite decking material.

I live pretty close to San Mateo, Redwood City, and San Carlos. I’m not going to go to some pet store and pretend I’m going to buy the cat just so I can play with cats. I’d like to know of a place, such as an adoption center, where I hang out with cats for as long as I’d like.
