I got accepted to both but I don’t know which to choose. I’m planning to major in journalism or English.
Can you help me finish the following phrases to make a PUN:
1. Outside an optician (eye doctor)’s office:
___________ for sore eyes.
2. Outside a junkyard: __________ in peace.
3. In a dentist’s office: Always be true to your teeth, or they will be ___________ to you.
4. In a flower shop: Light up your garden and plant a ____________.
SOME HELPFUL EXAMPLES:
1. On a diaper store sign: Rock a dry baby.
2. In a music store window: Guitars for sale. Cheap. No strings attatched.
3. At a swimming pool: Welcome to our ool. You’ll notice that there’s no P in it. Please keep it that way.
4. At a restaurant: Buy now. Pay waiter.
5. At a motel: Dew Drop Inn
THANKS SO MUCH!!! 🙂
I saw a potting bench online that I really liked so I decided to make a version of it. I know nothing about wood. I’d like use a wood that isn’t treated, ages nicely, can handle being outdoors in freezing weather (Illinois) and won’t rot. I also would like to do this as inexpensive as possible. Suggestions?
I am looking for a hotel that is less than 0 a night. Which ones do you recommend?
If in Santa Monica, I would love it to be on the beach.
Which city do you think has great restaurants?
Which ones specifically do you recommend?
Also, I love shopping, so which area has fantastic shops?
Thanks! – XOXO

I’ve had Earl "the burl" for about a year now. It was doing great in just shallow water with awesome sprouts. The foliage is starting to turn brown. I would love to keep him as a house plant.
