i did not get the five cause busch gardens is a drive and we dont have a car, now im just wondering i have only been to regular theme parks never been to a water park or anything like seaworld, so i need some information on what to wear things like that. I will be going February 10-20. Also we will be staying at the Wynfield inn convention center i believe also i guess it used to be econo lodge or something, not sure, just wanting to know if that is a nice place stuff like that, thanks for everyones help!

Can an employer pay some employees vacation time and not others? I asked my employer for vacation time but they told me that because they are a small company they do not have a vacation time policy. But as a matter of fact, they have paid some employees vacation time even previous employees that held my postion. Is this legal?

So I’m trying to sand off about 3 coats of old Sikkens stain from my redwood deck and it’s taking forever with a belt sander. I’m now looking into orbital floor sander options. Given my complete lack of experience with these things, should I rent one of these babies and give it a try or forget about it and pound the pavement and look for a professional. (And do I start with companies that do interior hardwood refinishing?)

Given that large broadleaf trees lose a lot of water on hot days, and some Redwoods can reach heights of more than 300 ft, it is obvious that enormous amounts of water must be moved. I don’t think capillary action can account for this, and at the risk of sounding stupid, trees don’t have hearts. Informed responses are appreciated.
