Do redwoods like moist soil? Should I let the soil in the pot dry out or keep it moist daily?
I live in Southern California where it gets quite warm, the type of Redwood I have is a Coast Redwood.

Your plant needs to be in full sun, clayey soil, but well drained. It wants lots of water, but let it dry between waterings. Here’s more:
