Where should I go on vacation in California: Palm Springs or San Diego?

Place to buy the cheapest liquor in northern California?
I am going on a vacation to Sacremento, SF, and Lake Tahoe next month, and will be driving between points. I heard liqour in California is not taxed very much, so where can I buy the cheapest booze?

looking for good semi primitive camping in norcal redwoods, any suggestions?
looking to spend two nights tent camping somewhere that we won’t see other people (i.e. no pull-up camping next to rv’s) semi experienced campers (with a dog) who are traveling cross country and won’t have much gear.
Is Humboldt State a good school for anthropology?
I am curious as to whether or not it has a decent anthropology department, and how credible it is. I would like to continue on to grad school as well, and I would want to par take in research. My interests include cultural anthropology and archeology.
Hilton Garden Inn Waffles!?
Okay, so I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Richmond, VA & They had the most amazing waffles ever. I guess they have the same thing at all of them, but to describe it, there was a machine with batter already mixed up.
Just curious if anyone knows the brand or anything haha 🙂

Why can Giant Redwoods and Sequoias grow only in Northern California?
Wouldn’t be great if townships and parks could sponsor the money needed to create the conditions necessary for these trees to grow in our own town. They would act as monuments to nature.

I am planning on taking bartending school in the summer after i turn 21 but i cannot find any in Humboldt County where i will be living at then. Does anybody know of any?
