Willows is the county seat of Glenn County. As such, I’m assuming it must be incorporated, therefore is considered a city – using the term loosely. Other than that, it doesn’t have much to offer. In 2000 there were just over 6200 people – probably more now as it is growing.
Willows sits along the I-5 corridor in Northern California and mostly offers related services – gas stations, motels, fast food . . .
Sorry – doesn’t look promising. If you want a vacation in this general area, I’d say, "Come to Chico."
