It’s a lot like where you are now.
In the summer 70/75 degrees is a heat wave.
But there is an option here. Just approx 45 miles east up into the
mountains there is a river to fish, swim, party. In the summer when
it’s 70 here it may be 80 to 100 by Willow Creek.
In the winter we generally do not have snow and it’s cold but livable.
30 miles up is snow to play in and X country skiing.
Less people, traffic, crime, no smog good coffee shops.
The area is an outdoor persons paradise.
So where sun is concerned, we get it, but not as often as rain and fog, overcast and cool weather.
