Sorry hoss you need to drive over the Sierras. There is most likely no BLM left in Cali.

I dont think there are any wild mustangs left in any parts of Califonia. I live in California to but if your looking for wild mustangs usually American Mustangs are found in nevada area, Kiger Mustangs in oregon if they are still roaming htere and Spanish Mustangs in Montana/South Dakota area, I think/
