How much should a wedding cost??
I want to have a wedding, both the ceremony and reception, at a bed and breakfast/small inn with gardens and a gazebo in VT or western NY. With 50 or so people, how much can I expect to pay altogether? My guy and I have different views on what is reasonable/doable. Thanks!

We spent about $6,000, and had it in western NY, but at a church, not at a bed and breakfast….but that includes everything, dress, food, reception site, etc

You are lucky that you have small numbers. I am having 290 people and am spending close to $20,000!!

I think a wedding should cost about $500,000. i know that’s a lot but it will make a girl VERY happy.

My aunts friends daughter’s wedding is costing $40,000. But that is in Napa Valley, CA. . . I think $10,000 is good
$5,000 after entertainment, food, ect. ( this is probably high but its a rough estement, i know at least 2,000 between entertainment and food and dresses and so on its your budget you can make it however you want buffet is cheaper than sit down and if you find a good dj like me the price will be right and depending on how much it is to rent a room i think anywhere between $2000 and $5000
