Liberal Arts: Humboldt State University or Cal Poly San Luis Obispo?

I’ve been accepted to both HSU and Cal Poly SLO as a Freshman for the fall 2009 term. I am going into liberal arts, perhaps focusing on German language/culture.

Which school is the best choice for liberal arts?

Cal Poly is an outstanding place to study, especially the engineering, ag, and other technical fields. The liberal arts are also good, but I think Humboldt State a bit stronger in liberal arts.
