Well, online is always good since I have no idea where Humboldt County is. E-bay and craigslist have good deals on used and new snowboards but first go to frostyrider.com and use their sizing calculator if you don’t already know you size. You can go to citysearch.com and search snowboard shops and you’ll probably find one in your area, or at least close. If you want to buy a new one. buy directly from the manufacturer.

Not sure where that is exactly, but the best thing to do is look up some sporting goods stores around you that carry snowboard/ski equipement and see if they are having a tent sale or a used equipement sale. Also see if they rent equipment, sometimes they will sell an older rental too
