If I may, having stayed at Puerto Princesa, I might also recommend either the Asturias Hotel (www.asturiashotel.ph) or the Hotel Fleuris (www.fleuris.com). Both are a little pricier at US$55, but their facilities and accommodations are significantly more enjoyable, plus rates come with breakfast and great location.
