I got accepted in to Humboldt with a 3.0 but if my senior year i get a 2.4-2.5 are they likely to rescind my acceptance?

It is likely your acceptance was provisional. If your GPA falls causes your eligibility index to fall below an acceptable level your acceptance can be rescinded. I am assuming your SAT scores are likely to keep you above 2900

Probably not. If, however, it dropped to a 2.0, they would be more likely to do so.
Humboldt State University cannot expel or suspend an admitted student for receiving a GPA that is lower than you proved what it was in your admissions packet. Being admitted to a college or university cannot be rescinded unless a student has acted badly in submitting the first calculated GPA. Student misconduct may include committing one or more of the following acts. In fact, what was done in your situation can be construed as a deliberate deception. Check with the admission procedures at the University. Get a copy of the student code or student code of honesty to be informed about what the student code is at Humboldt State.
If there is a stipulation and a penalty for putting deceptive information in your admissions packet, or any deceiving the university in any aspect of your education, there is a serious problem for you. It could haunt you all through the time you spend in studies there. It may spoil any of the benefits you receive from being at this university.
You may wish to talk to your counselor about that or the campus minister. I think that if you don’t deal with it yourself, the penalties further in your future may wash out the benefits of your entire college education and a career.
I am very serious in citing the liabilities and the lost benefits of an important decision that you will have to make. Deceiving a university and plagiarism are very serious crimes in the academic world. Good luck
