Will Shane Boyd ever make it back to the UFL or NFL?

Maybe the UFL but not the NFL
Those statistics don’t look particularly impressive for any QB no matter what league. I don’t exactly know who Shane Boyd is, because I don’t follow the UFL, but based on that information it seems to me he was never a QB that teams wanted to give a chance. With my knowledge of the NFL, QB’s usually get chances when they show some sort of potential. Those stats don’t show potential, but they show how much of a risk the player is. If he didn’t start in the NFL, and started a few games in the UFL but was not successful, then chances are he will not get another chance. I don’t care what league a player is in. If the team does not see a reason (statistically and ability wise) to hire a player and start him, then he won’t be started. Teams usually want to start guys who have potential. Shane (based on those stats) never showed potential. So my answer is he probably won’t. Also the longer a player sits out, the more likely they will never get a chance because they generally get older and if they don’t get work outs or play for long lengths of time, then they become rusty which is not desirable.
