Hacılar I have applied at so many places.. I have two years work experience as a Dishwasher in a busy restaurant adjacent to a Hilton Garden Inn hotel, I am 16 years old, I have good references, why will no one hire me? I really need a job!

I am really sad when I don’t work because I love working I don’t really care how much I am paid… but my last pay rate was .21… And thats after 2 raises, why will no one hire me 🙁
I worked 25 hours a week, and I can’t find another job? I am a dependable employee, I don’t care if I am only 16. I need to work. Where the hell else do you think I am going to get money for when I move out on my own?!!
Oh, and I just left my last job 3 weeks ago.
