Where is the best, and most economical, place in humboldt to see redwoods?
india cytotec I plan on flying out to eureka, and going forth from there. I am planning on camping and need a mode of transport to one of the parks. I am on a budget so spending 0 on a car rental for the week is too much. Any suggestions on places to visit, camp, rent a scooter?

redwood national park, state park along 101 north of eureka,
drive-by redwood tree in south of eureka is worth visiting
The Avenue of the Giants have several campgrounds there. It also is fun to ride a bicycle through this area, but you need to be comfortable riding on roads without a bike lane. Don’t know about renting a scooter though. To name a few of the campgrounds are Humboldt Redwoods State Park hidden springs, Giant Redwoods RV and camp & Richardson Grove State park.
