Where can I find a good lawyer in Northern California to sue Hilton Hotels?

I told them I never wanted to stay there again and filed a police report. Since then they informed me the security service had been replaced, but retracted their free nights stay offer. I contacted Hilton corporate multiple times with only rude replies.
As it turns out, my fiance’ is now unable to sleep, but even worse, unable to orgasm while away at any hotel. This has ruined any subsequent vacations for me and I want Hilton to pay for this.
I am looking for a good lawyer to help on a contigent basis.

My prediction is you can’t. The case is weak. It’s dubious that an unmarried man can sue for loss of consortium, that would need research. Your inconvenience is hardly enough to claim damage.
It’s even less likely to get anyone to do it on contingency. They’re going to want a bundle of cash up front.
Good luck. You have no case. "Trying" to enter your room means nothing. The problem with the credit card means nothing. You might have damages but you have no claim leading to the damages. If you want a good lawyer, go to the courthouse and ask some of the lawyers you find there who is a good civil litigator. The ones at the courthouse are criminal lawyers who will not want the case, but they know who the good civil lawyers are.
