Whats the best place in California for a summer vacation for a college kid?

I think either LA or San Diego is the best place for summer. nice beaches, warm weather. good night life and restaurants, close to lots of attractions. definetely those 2 are the best.

LA….San Fran is more site seeing and has fun sites such as a tree that you can drive through,San Diego is kinda boring in my oppinion. Golf is pretty much all you can do. And LA there are beaches and shopping and celebs.GO WITH LA.

LA is cool, you can go to Hermosa Beach near LA or Long Beach but I would prefer San Diego for sure, there’s more beaches, you are just 1.5 hours from Palm Springs.

Any of those are cool but if you need a super cheap hotel package you can get one for San Diego, Palm Springs or Lake Tahoe at this site – they will let you stay for 3 days for $199 plus give you a free airfare voucher. good luck either way!
