What assistance is available for a medical trip?

Does anyone know of any programs in california that can help with transportation food and lodging to help me. Her surgery is important and i don’t know if california has any programs to help those with a lower income.

call the hospital and ask them a lot of hospitals do have funds set up just for those reasons
