Need to get from Long Island ISLIP airport to Westbury!?

Yucky But doable
Take a cab from ISP to the Ronkonkama Station of the Long Island Rail Road
As The LIRR suggests take it to the Mineola Station and then head back east two stations to the Westbury stop.Which means that you will probally have to use the bridge on Mineola Blvd to get to the east bound side the tracks

When you get to Westbury just grab a cab to your hotel . I’d be surprised if the actual distance is more than a mile
