Is there an insect repellant for paints and stains?
Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen I was re-staining a redwood seating area, when I was swarmed with gnats. They landed in the can of stain, all over the freshly applied stain and all over me… making it impossible to get any good work done.

Yes just ask at a paint area and they will show you, It is a small bottle of stuff you stir into your paint.

Tuesday nights pelpoe are invited to come hang out draw or do whatever creative thing they want. Once a month we hold a gallery show. Soon classes and things. Stop in sometime.
You May have to ask "Ask This Old House" My suggestion is do it on a brezzy day.
