In need of an affordable wedding reception! Please help!?
neurontin 100 mg capsule Me and my fiance are going ot get married at his church in Redwood City. We are looking for a small affordable, but nive looking reception hall for the after party. We will have at most 40 people at the party. This is my firsttime looking into this kind of stuff, so if someone has prior experiance then I would love some helpfull advice.

That’s in CA right? If yeah, well, hotels are expensive wherever you are. Any parks within 30 min drive of the church?? They may let you put up a tent or use a shelter. Anyone you know well with a big yard? What about the History Museum??? The bigger rotundas are expensive, but the small meeting room is a little more reasonably priced.

I would try your local VWF hall; I know here in Maryland there are alot of them around and they are really nice and not expensive to rent; or you could try a local restaurant, a lot of them have banquet halls that you can rent and they may charge you guest per plate. Just call around and see what everyone has to offer. Also check your local phone book and look under banquet halls.

If you are talking about Redwood City, CA – try looking for a magazine called Wedding Sites and Services Northern CA. It was great – had tons of places on the peninsula…I mean everywhere from Napa to San Jose. There are some cool restaurants with banquet rooms – I would just go into places near the church or wherever you want the reception to be and ask about pricing. Good luck!

I live in Virginia so I can’t say I have any California wedding experience, but I had my wedding reception in a nice botanical garden right outside the city where we got married. Hope that link helps, and if the prices all seem too much, you might want to ask the parents to pitch in if they’re comfortable doing that. Good luck!
