Do the Latin Kings still dominate Humboldt Park in Chicago?
I was wondering if the Latin Kings still dominate the Humboldt Park are in chicago, I mean are they still strong in that area like before?
By the way I’m not on a gang I’m just doing a project about gangs and all that stuff..
