I was wondering because i know of someone in county that is encarcerated but his myspace profile is always last checked on the current day. I figured it was investigators checking it, but also maybe that he gets internet access in jail.

It is probably a family member… Inmates are only given internet access in rare circumstances. Mainly only to do school or vocational training.
