California State University Stanislaus or Humboldt State?

Ive heard that Humboldt is a very liberal and that it is a stoner school O_o
As for Stanislaus Ive read that its a bad commuter school =/

Don’t know what you mean by a "bad commuter school" but I would say CSU Stanislaus is in the middle of everywhere! Close to mountains, lakes, Yosemite National Park, and an easy drive to San Francisco and Sacramento. Great school with a friendly and caring faculty, and stunningly beautiful campus! stanislaus is in the middle of nowhere. I’d probably choose Humboldt
to the poster below me…we live in california!!!…everything can be considered close to mountains and lakes
