I like what you have so far- I like that you are using the number 13… What about Blood Oak Dr- or Helm’s Cemetery Rd, Bone Castle, Hardy Grave, Black Pit, Grimm, or just some old random highway number- HWY 613 – Slaughter’s Farm Rd- Mary’s Schoolhouse Rd, Drake Rd. Ct. Circle,…

You can write terms on the end like – villa, lane, street to make sound like horror.
Also you can say house. no. 13 or actually 1313 to give more gothic view.
