A place to get away for a weekend in Northern California?
Juiz de Fora Hi…Im getting a little break from work/(5whole days! Woo!!) next week.. and my boyfriend and I are thinking of going somewhere for like 2 days for a mini vacation..we live around Sacramento CA.. where should we go.. something 5hrs driving or less would be cool.. Just somewhere fun for a young couple.. Im 20 and hes 24…so nothing that primarily involves drinking cause I still got a couple months to go… thanks

You don’t need to drink to have a good time. I just got back from Sequoia National Park. If you never seen those trees before in person. You will be amazed. Pictures don’t do them justice. I am not sure what you mean by "fun for a young couple". What does age have to do it? This place is fun for 3 to 83 years old. You will have to actually get out of the car and walk abit to see the groves and waterfalls. You can see everything (except backcountry areas) in 2 days.
