What's a good Stain or Sealant for my new Redwood Fence?
I want protection from rain and would like to maintain the Redwood color if possible.

You don’t need a stain if it is redwood and you want to maintain the color . You need to seal and protect the color that you haVe if you chose that color. Get a good oil based sealer and spray it on with a pump sprayer and make sure you cover all surfaces to protect it from outdoor environmentmal elements. I have been painting for over 20 years. Since you made the investment to buy the fence get a good sealer and Benjamin Moore is the best in my opinion even though it costs more. Good Luck in your endeavor
Over the years I have stained a lot of decks and fences.I now only use one product.Penofin stain. They have a website and most paint stores and lumber yards carry it.It is an oil base stain and lasts a long time.Color selection is good.
