Two of my friends went to humboldt. Apparently it sucks there. One of them transferred because somone down the dorm hall smoked pot, and it was drowning everyone else out, people somplained to the RA who sent her into a couple week suspention. She came back and kept smoking, so they sent a letter to the officer, who kicked her out of the dorms. She responded by throwing rocks through the dorm windows.
The otherone transferred because she wasnt learning anything she didnt already know so she transferred too

if you can’t get into those schools you have issues, with those sat scores, full pay and some extra curriculars its 100% guaranteed that you’ll get into all of those schools

Assuming you have met your basic college pre-reqs (the 4 years of english, and all that crap) I think your chances are good. I think that I got in with a GPA somewhere around there. Obviously I may be wrong since I dont know anything else about your academic records nor am I a professional in appraisal of prospective college students.
I have heard good things about sonoma. Dont know much about Sac or SJSU.
I do know alot about humboldt state since I have been going here for 5 years. In a nutshell, despite its small town rural environment, its surroundings are gorgeous, there is alot of outdoor stuff to do, and it is quite exciting. In fact, my entire experience here has been very positive and life changing. It is going to be hard to leave. The people here are friendly and the professors seem to be passionate about teaching.
School funding and programs and classes are in the toilet right now but the same is true for all CSUs.
I found the myths that "it rains all the time" are untrue or exagerated (this may or may not be very relevant to you depending on where you are coming from- I came from San Diego). It does rain quite a bit in the winter and early spring but there are also sunny days and the rain is quite enjoyable. I enjoy going on muddy hikes wearing my water-proof gear when it rains. The fall tends to be quite sunny.

You will probably be admitted to Humboldt, maybe to San Jose and Sacramento and possibly to Sonoma. You will have a significant advantage in admissions at the CSU which "serves" the area of your residence, whether it is on this list or not, Cal Polys probably excepted.
