Is it possible to have my wedding in a Nor Cal redwood forest?
I am having trouble finding info on the possibility of having my wedding in a redwood forest. I know there are many in Northern California, but is it allowed? Who do I contact? Is it reasonable in terms of the price? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Usually if it’s a public state park some sort of permit can be worked out. You will have to deal with the drive-by wedding guests though.
Look up the national park in question, usually they list contact information for the business office…either email or telephone. They will get you steered in the right direction.

Get in touch with the State Parks Dept, I attended a wedding at a small outdoor theatre in the Russian Gulch State Park, located between Caspar, CA and Mendocino, CA, and we were surrounded by redwood trees
good luck!
This website should help answer a lot of you questions, and provide you with points of contact for the questions you still have. Good Luck!!!
