It depends on when it was first published. If it was published before 1923 then the copyright has expired and it’s in the public domain. If it’s still protected by copyright then his literary estate holds the copyright or his surviving family members.
He died in 1938 so if he renewed the copyright in the last few years, it should belong to his estate.
