In what ways do people benefit from redwood forest communities?
Also, which human activities threaten the continued existence of the coast redwood forest and how?
If you don’t know the whole answer, please just tell me whatever you know. thanks.

I am assuming you are referring to communities to the likes found in the Humboldt County redwoods such as Redwood Park. Here many people often referred to as squatters have found refuge but also a small community may be formed.
Many of these communities are said to be on private land and are trespassing. For the most part these people are harming no one, and they are actually living fairly peacefully and sustainably. Spiritual adventures are often performed within these communities. The benefits of the redwoods may include the fact that these forests themselves are very spiritual and enhance one’s own spiritual quest or experiences.
So I would say that people benefit spiritually and socially by maintaining ties to these communities and by supporting their existence. The only down-side is often times people will leave trash and litter after they move on from the temporary home.
I already answered your last question 🙂

in the grand picture of the environment not much and the rain Forest are much more important. As a park and pristine example of nature you can’t measure it in money or other yard stick of measure the benefit we derive from it…
Redwoods are cool to look at. That’s all.
