Where can I buy a Redwood Tree to plant in my yard?
I live in Southern Ca. and none of the local nursuries or home centers have them. I have searched online, but no luck. Any suggestions?

There are a number of wholesale and retail nurseries in British Columbia, Canada. You could try calling one of them to get seed. You may run into problems however, due to the border laws about transporting vegetation across borders.
Also, are you SURE you want to grow a redwood cedar? (I am assuming a cedar is what you are speaking of). They are HUGE trees (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_Redcedar). Unless you have a huge lot, I would suggest a smaller version.
Anyway, here is a site that you can access nursery info (retail and wholesale)

Talk to your local Home Depot. It’s possible if they don’t have one in stock that they could possibly have one shipped from another store. I’m not sure how well one of those would grow where you are. They’re native to Oklahoma and northern Texas.
Sequoia sempervirens is one of the varieties of redwood, here in the UK they are readily available from tree nurseries for about £17 to £20 , also there is the giant redwood which is probably what you are after, the web says "Introduced as seed from the Sierra Nevada, California, in 1853, the year of the Duke of Wellington’s death, it is still known as Wellingtonia in Britain. A fabulous, fast growing, tall, wind proof, conifer, it thrives in the UK. " these are about £30 over here. have another look on the web I am sure it must be available over there!
