those shows are just urban legends, they aren’t real and are 100 percent computer generated

Try hollywoodtickets.com for Family Feud tickets. They are on hiatus now, so no shows are being shot. They may be a victim of the writer’s strike. I believe they shoot that at the Sony Studios in Culver City.
For Idol tickets, go to http://www.ocatv.com/shows/show/9. Beware of people selling vouchers for this. They are not transferable, and you will not be admitted.
Other sites include http://www.tvtix.com, http://www.audiencesunlimited.com.
Tickets for just about all shows are free.

Tickets for American Idol are almost impossible to get. There is a huge waiting list.
However, a show where there is almost always tickets available is the Tonight Show. You can either go to the box office at 8 am the day of the show for tickets (3000 W. Alameda Ave. Burbank) or they usually give them out at Universal City Walk as well.
Also the Jimmy Kimmel show has tickets available on a constant basis at http://www.1iota.com/show.aspx?sid=1

You can also go to Universal Studios. They have people walking around giving away tickets. Most of the shows they give out tickets for, aren’t the big popular ones like American Idol, but at least you’ll get to check one out.

umm you could try looking online. or go to hollywood/beverly hills. they have great stuff therre too.
hey, remember that tv shows can take like all day to do as well. price is right will eat most of your day. i know that won’t be the best answer but remember that you don’t just pop up at the studio, park on the studios lot then walk into a 30 minute taping. it takes hours. so it’s fun and free but you really have to be psyched to make it through a full taping.
i saw tyra, wife made me, and she didn’t even really talk to us, they make it look like a party, wasn’t even close. heard ellen was the same way, cold, didn’t really talk to the audience. bob barker was great though, funny too. if your going to cbs park at the grove, it’s a mall right next to the studio.
just wanted you to know what goes into it.
