What happens to rides at Disneyland when it rains?
I’m going to Disneyland Paris tomorrow and the forecast is heavy rain, does this affect the indoor rides or just the outdoor?
And does it also affect parades or fireworks?

Wow i wish i was you, i would be over joyed to go there, but the only time i’ve ever been to disney while it rained really hard was at Epcot, and almost all outdoor rides shut down in case of lightening. Disney has a specific policy about lighening strikes within a certain radius. That radius has to be clear of strike for a period of time ( something like 20 or 30 minutes) before they reopen.
But they do reopen, so you will still ride your rides if it’s not tooo terrible, good luck and i hope it doesnt rain đŸ™‚

Nothing, everything stays open. I’ve been to Disneyland in CA when it was raining several times. Everything kept running, even the outdoor rides. The roller coasters go fast in the rain.
Provided that DL Paris operates like DL California, they would close those rides that rely on friction or which present a slip-and-fall hazard.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather during your visit to the Disneyland Resort, most attractions and indoor shows will continue to operate. For the safety and comfort of our Guests and Cast, some outdoor attractions may temporarily close until the inclement weather passes. These attractions may include:
Disneyland Park
Alice in Wonderland
Dumbo the Flying Elephant
Pirate’s Lair on Tom Sawyer Island
The Mad Tea Party
Gadget’s Go Coaster
Parade Schedules
Please visit City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. during your visit for updated information.
Disney California Adventure Park
Redwood Creek Challenge Trail
Show and Parade Schedules
Please visit the Guest Relations Lobby during your visit for updated information.
Parades may be shorter and the characters might be wearing plastic coats over their costumes. Fireworks are impacted more by wind than by rain, so it is possible that they would still go on.
