are you installing it or is someone else ? you could do it yourself, it’s quite easy. you can buy 6-8′ panels preassembled for anywhere from $45 – $70 a panel. Then you would just need to dig some post holes, throw some crete together, slam those posts in and mount your panels !

$25/foot? That’s BS. A 8 foot section of fence goes for $20/foot. It includes labor and materials.

“At least $25 per linear foot” is too high for a redwood fence. Average in Silicon Valley is between $15 – $25 per linear foot, materials and installation costs included. You should negotiate for a price within that range, with anything below $20 considered a very good deal.
Figure at least $25.00 per foot.
