how do i clean my redwood deck and how should it be stained?
it was power washed but still has algea or mildew on it and the wood is a little gray. does it need a brightner? The fellow who cleaned it power washed it with plain hot water. On protecting and sealing the deck to protect it from further UV or water damage – i know not to use a clear stain – but does anyone have a recommendation for a specific brand and type? i don’t want the deck to look fake and "painted" too. Cabot has this SPF deck finisher, but don’t know if that’s a good product or not. please help!! (and soon – we have to call our deck guy back tomorrow)
