How do you wash/rinse glue off of wood?
I have a wooden wand (redwood) that snapped at the handle. I used Gorilla wood glue to put it back together, and it’s been a day and a half since I glued it. It seems to be holding well.
However, there is excess glue that I want to get off. I have been trying to do so with a damp washcloth, but it doesn’t seem to be doing the trick. I don’t want to put too much pressure on it so it won’t break again. Help?

safety edge razor blade
From their website:
"Clean-up when glue has dried– Use a sharp putty knife, razor, or sharp scrapper to shave hardened glue from surface, then sand as needed. Soak hands and skin in soap and warm water, wash then rinse. "
(Gorilla glue can only be cleaned up with water when it’s still wet.. it’s a very strong glue)
