Where can I live in humboldt?

So I will be going to Humboldt County for college and I would know where in Humboldt County can I live that is not expensive, beautiful, open-minded people, and clean air? Any cities in mind? I hate living here in Sacramento!

I don’t think that any place in Humboldt County is expensive.If you plan to live in Arcata (Humboldt State), it will certainly be colder and damper than Sacramento.
