I was not aware redwood trees are considered cedars. Learn something every day. All those huge trees in the Redwood Nationa Forest in California are really cedars? Don’t look like most cedars.
Cedar is the strongest of the woods you mention. Tighter grain. Yellow pine is fairly porous and contains a lot of water in its cells. Cedar is going to have less water, more pitch which creates a stronger grain as it grows.

Cedar is the strongest but tends to split more once dried.Redwood does less splitting but is softer than cedar.Pine isn’t waterproof. The best for building is Cypress but good luck finding any

"strength" is not one thing. The link below has tables of all sorts of mechanical measures in about a dozen different ways (bending, shear strength, rigidity, density, etc.)
It’s sort of like asking which is strongest – a weightlifter, a sprinter, a marathoner, a tri-athlete, or a gymnast.
all are considered ‘softwood’ as opposed to ‘hardwood’: ash, maple, oak, etc.
redwood is the stronger of the bunch. there is a ‘red cedar’, but it is not redwood.
