This hotel is on the outskirts of the main centre of Paris, about 5 kms away from the main sights. So you’ll need to use the bus or metro to get around, it’s too far to walk. As you’re staying a couple of extra nights, I suggest you find an hotel close to the centre, and there are plenty of them. Have a look at Trip Advisor for reviews and ideas. But the Marais area is good, just a few mins walk from the River Seine, Rue de Rivoli, Notre Dame etc.
Go to Google Maps, enter the name of your hotel just as you’ve typed it above, and you see exactly where it is in relation to the centre.

That hotel is not a very good choice. It’s in the outskirts of Paris, in the suburb St. Ouen. It’s not a nice neighborhood and it’s far away from the center of Paris. I would find another hotel.
Here you can find hotels in Paris. You can change the language and the currency to your own country.

Before you book you should look at a map to see where the hotel is. Make sure it’s not outside the periferique.

Just because a hotel is cheaper on the outskirts, doesn’t mean you won’t spend twice that on transportation from it to go see things. To the east of the Eiffel Tower are some lovely little hotels that around under $100 and they are on the best streets. Full of bistros, little shops, delis, pastries, clothes, etc.
Spend a few extra bucks if needed, because a taxi when you are tired from walking will be $40+. And who really wants to remember Paris from the metro system tunnels?

Your hotel is far from the major sights, on the city limit. You’ll spend a lot of time just trying to get to and from the hotel.
I agree with Zafir that the Holiday Inn Garden Court Paris Porte de Saint Ouen is not the best choice for a short time tourist in Paris. It is, in fact, not even technically in Paris but the suburb of St. Ouen.
Unless you are going to that location for business you should cancel and rebook into a hotel in central Paris.
There are a lot of fairly inexpensive hotels in central Paris. I like the Hotel St. Andre des Arts: http://www.france-hotel-guide.com/h75006saintandredesarts.htm
Les Argonauts is right around the corner from Notre Dame: http://www.hotel-les-argonautes.com/Francais/Acceuil.html
Delhy’s Hôtel is another inexpensive place in the heart of the Latin Quarter: http://www.delhyshotel.com/
All three have doubles for under 100 euros a night.
