Are there any acting or singing classes around redwood city that are good?
I’ve been looking for classes and I am only able to find some in San Francisco.
Can someone tell me of any Acting or singing lessons offered by Redwood city? I would appreciate it.I am 16 years old and would like classes that offer acting classes to me. Is it possible for you to give me a list? Thank you

you don’t want singing classes, you want a voice teacher, ask your music teacher at school for suggestions.

I received my B.A.(honors) from the University of Chichester, in England, my Master’s from Southern Oregon University and I am presently enrolled in a PhD program in Santa Barbara. I am a National Certified Counselor and have worked as a therapist for several years, but as a trainer, instructor, facilitator and teacher in different capacities throughout my career. I like being engaged with academia! One of the things I really enjoy is working with others who have the same relationship with academia and a desire to participate in professional and personal development through acquiring knowledge. I have a graduate school GPA of 4.0 (and will be pleased to provide transcripts that verify any claims I make, as well as certifications and other credentials). I am an excellent writer and have never received anything less than an A for a paper I have written. I enjoy reading other people’s work and offering feedback regarding fluency, grammer, readability and generally proofreading for inconsistencies, contradicitons or lack of clarity. I am familiar with APA (American Psychological Association) formatting. I am told that I am easy to work with. I can provide independent references that will allow you to ask former supervisors and professional colleagues about my professional demeanor and abilities if you wish. I believe in supportive positive tutoring relationships and that humor has a place in learning. I also understand the various learning styles and if you already know yours, that would be helpful. Different students and learners have different strengths, and we can use those every time, no matter what they are. After all variety is the spice of life, and this is applicable in academia as much as it is in any other context.
I would welcome any questions or opportunities to support you as you seek academic satisfaction, and it will be my pleasure to watch you accomplish your goals.
I am available to meet with you in Redwood City, usually the library since it is clean, nice and accessible, but if you can work in coffee shops or other public locations, please suggest one and I will certainly try to accommodate your preferences. As a student you should have your own laptop if computer work is likely to be necessary. The library has wi-fi and computers for members’ use too.
Please contact me if I have left any questions unanswered. I look forward to meeting with you soon.
All the best,
Jo
