Are these vitamins bad for me?
I’m 19 years old inn college and i weigh 150. Not sure if these multivitamin are good for person my age. I want to start lifting, running and eating healthy and becoming more better. I want to benefit myself. I not sure if this one multivitamin is to much to take on a dailey basis. I was told that if i cut the vitamin in half, its better right. Basically this vitamin is supposed to give me energy, and keeps the body healthy all day. I all this stuff in teh viatmin good for you anyway. Not sure if i shoud? what do think?

Eat in moderation. Even if you eat that much, your body may not be able to absorb everything. Look for a brand that has a good track record. Alternate days perhaps may help. It helps of course ♫
