what is cost per square foot to faux finish wood grain on the exterior entrance of a home?
I have an historic home with an entrance that includes a large portico and the double doors. They are redwood and were once woodgrained to look like walnut with burl panels. What can I expect to pay to have a contractor strip, sand, prime, paint, wood grain and seal such a project? I was informed professionals price by the square foot.

$$$$$$
In Arizona, a good faux woodgraining job is $50 or so a square foot. It’s not easy to do!
