I really want to get a dog in Humboldt County but I dont know where to go. But I dont want a dog off some local stranger trying to get rid of puppys I need an animal shelter or some kind of store that sells dogs.Please tell me some kind of place in Humboldt County.

My brother is getting married this summer on June 30. They are thinking a cruise and im partly in charge of planning but I dont know where to begin. They are thinking tropical and starting in California (northern) and heading down to Mexico about 7 days. These are my questions:

What is the best cruise for honeymooners (not a kid or party ship)

Also what cruise is the best known quality

What is a cruise that goes to many ports, rather than just a quick drop to Mexico and back… I many a few good stops

I’m doing a project about how Redwood trees are endangered and I’m trying to come up with something catchy for the title. Something about saving the Redwoods, endangered Redwoods, or something along those lines. Any ideas?

I will be going on a week and a half vacation from Portland, Oregon into the Redwood forest in California. I need driving hours. Does anyone have experience with trans-state driving permits. I know Idaho allows other states’ learners permits but can’t find anything on those states. Thank you. Answers as soon as possible please. My honey and i went to audurn ca on vacation, we thought we seen redwood trees but a person ..said that they don’t grow there..believe me there were big and tall..

My boyfriend is the best. He’s always been there and even left his friends in the dark to always be with me. I realize that, that is bad and he needs to do things with his guy friends as well. We are camping at Patrick’s Point State Park in August. Any thoughts on what we “must see and do” while in the area? Hiking’s no problem and we love exploring.

Don’t want to drive too far but I already know we want to visit Humboldt State Park and I want to drive thru the tree in Leggett (it’s a tourist thing I guess).

Any ideas on what to expect for weather/temperature, and what kind or clothes to pack? Anything worth seeing in Eureka or Crescent City?

Places to eat, tourist spots, little know areas, best views….etc…..all advice and ideas welcome!
