advantages of number one? well it’s mexico! i’ve never been there before.. and i need some rest and relaxation.. i haven’t been on vacation since february

disadvantages? well it’s sorta pricey

advantages of number two? cheaper.. plus i’ve never been to san diego either.. looking forward to just driving on the road to clear my head.. and take in the sights of highway 101.. and highway 1 on my way home

disadvantages? i heard it might rain this weekend =(

I thought I read about a half in no. Ca. For some reason I thought it was called "run through the redwoods". Anyone know what I’m talking about? If you’ve run it, I’d like to hear about it.

I will be working in Irvine for two weeks and would like to go somewhere fun for the weekend in between. Are there any great towns or beaches within driving distance or would it be more worthwhile to go to Hollywood and L.A.?

I was born in the state of California, in the county of Santa Clara, in the city of San José but I do live in another state.

I will be going to Northern California and Central California for vacation of this summer of 2009.
