How come Redwood Aqua Velva isn't sold anymore?
I have been wondering for a long time how come the former scents of Aqua Velva were discontinued. You know Redwood,Surf,Frost Lime and Menthol Mist.
How much is timber worth?
the timber in question: Soft wood, giant redwood.
What should I use for a outdoor picnic table?
I was going to use pine, but I heard from friends and others that its not very durable for outdoor use, what else can I use? (except for Redwood, but I don’t want to pay the premium).
Also, What kind of varnish should I use to finish it?

Building a fence: ideas on estimating cost?
Will need to replace the fence around my (small) property — approximately 140 linear feet. Want a 6′ tall redwood fence with 12" lattice top. Can anyone suggest a ballpark cost or a link or two for info?

I was in redwood sauna for 20 min, the got in a warm shower. I got very dizzy , started seeing stars & nearly?
Started seeing stars & nearly passed out. My knees were weak and I had to sit down in the shower.
What would cause this?
My father-in-law has had his redwood septic tank for 40 years. Any estimates of how much longer it will last &
and what will happen when it fails? We don’t want an old septic tank to damage the new leach field anytime soon, but he doesn’t want to replace something that is working. My sister is building a new home and when they did soil tests a 5000 year old redwood tree that was solid and not decomposed was found in the soil sample. That makes me think maybe redwood lasts a long time when it is buried so I shouldn’t worry, but 40 years seems like a long time for a septic tank on the other hand. Also there’s a huge oak tree within about 10 feet of the septic tank. Could the roots have penetrated the tank? Should we dig around the tank to find out? Oh, and a concrete patio was put above the tank about 36 years ago by the previous owner. Any ideas of how to remove the concrete without applying a lot of pressure to the ground above the elderly septic tank? I’ve been reading a LOT about septic systems lately and haven’t found even one reference to redood tanks. Thanks for the answers everyone!
Can The Giant Redwood Trees Be Grown?

What say you,can the giant redwood trees in CA be grown elsewhere? I think it would be so cool to have these trees growing in my backyard. Of course a very large backyard.Yea I know it would take decades to become the impressive size they become.Anyone know? Thanks.
