What are good, beautiful, must-see vacation stops in Northern California around and/or after Sacramento?
Ordzhonikidzevskaya My family & I are going to take a road trip towards northern California (from Los Angeles) and stop by Sacramento first. We have a week, so I was wondering what are other good stops to pass by for the time and budget that we have. We were thinking about going to Oregon? Any recommendations? Thanks!

Not much in the way of sacramento, maybe old town sac cause its kinda cool.
If your heading to Oregon You HAVE to see Crater lake its one of those awe inspiring things that just makes you realize how amazing a planet we live on. and southern oregon is a pretty friendly place. also check out the "Oregon Vortex" if you get a chance Ive never been sadly but I wanted to and have always heard good things. crater and the vortex are relatively close
