We are planning a road trip from LA to Seattle. What should we make sure we don't miss?
profoundly We’re going to LA this May and we’ve decided we want to rent a car and take a two week long road trip up the coast to Seattle. We’ve never spent any time on the west coast and may not have another opportunity so we want to be sure we don’t miss something that we would enjoy seeing. I’d really appreciate any suggestions! 🙂

coos bay oregon and the rouge river around grants pass – medford
Be sure to take extra time in the Crescent City area for the Redwoods. Trees of Mystery.
Check out the Aquarium in Newport, and I am a sucker for the Ripleys believe it or not on the pier.
There are some magnificant lighthouses to tour as well.
Lincoln City has a nice casino if you like to gamble, the Shilo is next door, which makes it nice, you can stumble back to your room 🙂
I would not waste a lot of time in Seaside, as it is a tourist trap
Long Beach Washington is a lot of fun as well, lots to do there
We stay at the Lighthouse Resort, right on the beach
